The Souris District Arts Council is a local organization of volunteers whose aim is to develop arts and culture activities in our community. The arts include: drawing, painting, drama, dance, music and literary works. The area we serve includes Souris, Wawanesa, Hartney, Elgin, Carroll, Nesbitt and Alexander. Souris District Arts Council tries to make the arts available in our own backyards. Interested in getting involved?
