Mindfulness Meditation sessions are starting again! Rest your body and relax your mind in the cozy surroundings of The Plum on Wednesdays at 7:15 starting February 22, 2017, and carrying on for March 1, 8, 15 and 22. Learn to be present in the now, and give yourself a break from stress. Through short guided meditations, we practice strengthening our connections to body, mind and spirit. Everyone is welcome – the program is guided by beginners, with a curiosity towards meditation practices. Please bring a cushion and a $3 donation to the Plum. Please use the back walk way to get in.
