Friday, Sept. 17 6:30pm
Sunday, Sept. 19 2:00pm and 3:00pm

Concert in the Bowl at Victoria Park
We have a lively show planned to help celebrate the Metis 150! Join us at the stage in the Bowl down at Victoria Park and please bring your own lawn chair… but just in case the weather is terrible we will move to the Avalon Theatre. If we have to move the location, notices will be splashed all over Facebook and also here on the website.
Saturday, 1:00-3:00
We have plenty of talent coming to grace our stage. Mitch Makoons, Gab Pambrun, Caitlyn Baker (fiddle/vocals) and the D-Town Steppers Metis jigging sensations out of Dauphin, Manitoba.
Admission will be by donation. Bring your own lawn chair.
A celebration cake will follow, and you are invited to make your own bannock in the park! Ingredients, supplies and instructions to cook your own bannock over a fire at one of 4 campsites in Victoria Park will be ready to go after the concert as long as it’s not pouring rain (or any other weather disaster!) – available while supplies last.
