The Prairie Association of Stock Car Auto Racing or PASCAR is an incorporated non-profit organization that seeks to build individual skills and abilities through education based on motor sports with the intent of increasing community capacity to be self sustaining. Currently, PASCAR is promoting 4 cylinder stock car racing as a grass roots, inexpensive, family oriented series of events from May to October annually. The events are open to participants and spectators and events are run by volunteers… there are always opportunities to volunteer and get behind the scenes of grass roots racing. Test and tune events are closed course events, requiring everyone to sign insurance waivers. Race days… generally, once a month are open to the public – participants and volunteers must sign waivers.
